| I liked to do it at a 45 degree angle so it looked cool. Take them off and allow to cool a little. |

| Take two slices of prosciutto for each chicken and wrap around so the seal is on the bottom. |

| Add a thin layer of sliced cheese. I used swiss but provolone would have been amazing. Place fresh basil on the top and place in broiler oven. While this cooks you can make a quick side of asparagus. |
